OUTSOURCING QUALITY CONTROLS? A BRIEF GUIDE
For the fastener producers very often it's not worthwhile to buy an automatic inspection machine to perform quality controls on medium or small batches of components. Champs offers a solution for everyone who do not accept to choose between convenience and quality. Champs has an in house sorting department equipped with five machines to perform inspections on behalf third parties. The department counts five sorting machines and can perform even complex controls.
Once the machine is programmed the batches of parts to be controlled are sent by the client to our new Sorting Department - which is in our Factory in Baranzate (Milan) - here the parts are inspected and sorted.
Afterwards Champs sends back to the client the sorted batches (good and bad parts) along with the reports on the quality of production.
HOW DOES IT WORK
The client sends an inspection request specifying components details, tolerances, parameters to check and amount of part to control. Then, after sending a small batch of samples, the sorting machine is programmed and configured by our engineers to perform the required controls on every specific component.Once the machine is programmed the batches of parts to be controlled are sent by the client to our new Sorting Department - which is in our Factory in Baranzate (Milan) - here the parts are inspected and sorted.
Afterwards Champs sends back to the client the sorted batches (good and bad parts) along with the reports on the quality of production.
THE SORTING DEPARTMENT
In our sorting department are currently running five sorting machines:- Two ONE machines with glass disc mainly for camera controls
- Two SQM machines for complex controls that require 360° rotations etc.
- One SLZ350 machine for inspections on small/medium size threaded components
